Guideline pricing starts around $4.25 per patch at 25 pieces for a 2″ design, dropping to roughly $2.20 per patch at 100 pieces — exact pricing depends on design complexity, with simpler single-color designs often running lower.
Sublimation/printed patches handle full-color designs with unlimited detail — ideal for colorful fun patches and event commemoratives that need more than embroidery thread can capture. This is the style we recently used for a Girl Scouts of Ohio order. Guideline pricing starts around $4.00 per patch at 25 pieces for a 2″ design, and drops further at higher quantities.
Woven patches work well for smaller designs with fine detail, like council emblems or intricate badge-style artwork.
All patch types are available in both iron-on and sew-on backing — iron-on works well for quick application at home, while sew-on offers a more permanent hold for uniform sashes and vests that get regular wear.
