Why We Don't Require a Minimum Order

Most custom patch companies require a minimum order — often 25, 50, or even 100 pieces — because their production process only makes financial sense at volume. We built our process differently, so most of our products have no minimum order at all. You can order a single patch if that’s genuinely what you need.

Why We Can Do This

Two things make this possible:

  • No per-order setup cost we pass on to you. We never charge a digitizing or setup fee, on any order size. Since that cost isn’t being recovered by forcing a minimum quantity, we don’t need one.
  • In-house production. Everything happens at our own 9,000 sq ft facility — embroidery, chenille, sublimation, leather, and finishing all under one roof. We’re not routing small orders through a third-party manufacturer with its own minimum requirements.

The tradeoff is straightforward and transparent: smaller orders cost more per piece, because fixed costs like digitizing and sampling are spread across fewer units. See our full pricing guide for exact numbers at every quantity.

Which Products Have No Minimum

The following can be ordered starting at a single piece:

  • Embroidered Patches
  • Chenille Patches
  • Printed / Sublimated Patches
  • Leather Patches

Products With a Minimum Order

A small number of products require a minimum due to production requirements specific to that process:

  • PVC Patches — 10-piece minimum
  • Woven Patches — 10-piece minimum
  • Croc Charms — 10-piece minimum
  • Woven Labels — 50-piece minimum

These minimums exist because of the mold, loom setup, or material batch requirements specific to each process — not an arbitrary business decision.

Real Orders, Real Proof

This isn’t just a policy on paper. We’ve fulfilled orders as small as 14 patches, delivered within 10 days start to finish. If you need one patch or one thousand, the process — and the price you’re quoted — works the same way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I really order just 1 patch?

A: Yes, for embroidered, chenille, printed, and leather patches. A few product types (PVC, woven patches, croc charms, and woven labels) have a small minimum due to production requirements — see above for exact numbers.

Q: Why do some products have a minimum and others don't?

A: It comes down to the production process. Embroidery, chenille, sublimation, and leather work efficiently at any quantity. PVC molding, weaving, and similar processes have setup requirements that make very small runs impractical.

Q: Is a single-piece order more expensive per patch?

A: Yes — fixed costs like digitizing and sampling are spread across fewer pieces, so per-piece price is higher at low quantities. See our pricing guide for the exact breakdown by quantity.
