Beyond patches, we produce a full range of custom branded products — keychains, lapel pins, challenge coins, croc charms, labels, and DTF transfers. Here’s real pricing by product and quantity, pulled directly from our price list. As with our patches, these are ballpark guideline prices — final cost depends on design complexity, material, and finish.

What Affects Your Final Price
The prices above are starting guidelines. Your exact price depends on:
- Design complexity — a simple logo or single-color design costs less than a detailed design with fine engraving, multiple layers, or intricate shapes.
- Material and finish — metal, leather, and embroidered products each have different base costs, and finishes like antique plating, enamel fill, or two-sided printing add to the price.
- Custom shapes — a standard round or oval shape costs less than a fully custom die-struck shape.
- Rush vs. standard turnaround — rush production carries an additional fee, same as our patch orders (see below).

Why Does Price Per Piece Drop at Higher Quantities?
Just like our patches, every product order carries fixed costs that don’t change whether you order 10 pieces or 10,000 — mold or die setup, sample production, and design finalization before the run begins. At small quantities, those fixed costs are spread across just a few pieces, so each one carries more of that overhead. As quantity increases, the same fixed costs get divided across far more pieces, which is why the per-piece price drops steadily at each tier. Production efficiency works the same way — running a machine for 1,000 pieces isn’t 1,000 times the work of running it for 1, and that efficiency gets passed on to you as quantity grows.
Rush Order Policy
Standard turnaround applies to custom products the same way it does to patches. Need it faster? Rush production is available for a 25% surcharge on your total order value, with a $50 minimum rush fee on smaller orders. Once you request a rush order, our team confirms whether your requested delivery date is achievable — usually within a few hours. If your date can’t be met, we’ll tell you upfront before you commit, not after.
Transparent Pricing — No Hidden Fees
The price you see is the price you pay. No digitizing fee, no mold/setup fee, no sample fee, no shipping fee — just one simple, upfront price. Before your order goes into mass production, we send you a picture of an actual produced sample, free of cost, so you can see exactly how it will look before committing to the full run.
And while the tables above start at 10 pieces for easy comparison, we’re proud to offer no minimum order on almost every product — the one exception is woven labels, which require a 50-piece minimum for production reasons.
