How This Tool Works
This estimator covers embroidered and chenille patches up to 16″ — our two thread-based patch types, where stitch count is a meaningful concept. Pricing is based on your largest single dimension (so a 12″x6″ patch is priced using our 12″ rate), matched directly to our real published pricing tiers.
Your selected design complexity adjusts the price — a simple design runs about 10% below our standard rate, while a complex, detailed design runs about 20% above it. If you choose a specialty backing (applique, glitter, or TPU), that adds a surcharge of 10% of the price or $30 per order, whichever is higher.
The stitch count estimate is informational only — it doesn’t change your price. Price is determined by size, patch type, design complexity, and backing choice.
