Wondering how much a custom patch actually costs? Here’s real pricing by patch type, size, and quantity — pulled straight from our price list. These numbers are a ballpark, not an absolute quote: a simple one-color design will land on the lower end, while a highly detailed design, a realistic photo/face embroidery, or a design with many thread colors can run higher. Every quote is based on your actual artwork.

What Affects Your Final Price
The prices below are starting guidelines. Your exact price depends on:
- Design complexity — a simple logo or text-based design costs less than a highly detailed design or realistic photo/face embroidery, which requires significantly more stitching and digitizing work.
- Color count — more thread colors mean more color changes during production, which adds time and cost.
- Backing type — iron-on, sew-on, velcro, and adhesive backings each have different material costs.
- Rush vs. standard turnaround — rush production carries an additional fee (see our rush order policy below).

Why Price Drops as Quantity Increases
Every order carries fixed costs that don’t change whether you order 10 patches or 10,000 — digitizing your design into a stitch file, producing and reviewing a sample, and the setup time before production starts. When you order a small quantity, those fixed costs are spread across just a few pieces, so each patch carries more of that overhead. As quantity increases, those same fixed costs get divided across far more pieces, which is why the per-piece price drops steadily at each quantity tier. Production capacity works the same way — running a machine for 1,000 patches isn’t 1,000 times more work than running it for 1, so the efficiency gain gets passed on to you as the quantity grows.
Rush Order Policy
Standard turnaround is 14 days. Need it faster? Rush orders are available in as little as 7 days for a 30% surcharge on your total order value, with a $50 minimum rush fee on smaller orders.
Here’s how it works: once you request a rush order, our team confirms whether your requested delivery date is achievable based on current production volume and design complexity — usually within a few hours. If your date can’t be met, we’ll tell you upfront before you commit, not after. Rush orders skip the physical sample stage and move straight from your approved digital mock-up into production, which is what makes the faster timeline possible.
